Apparently my internet connection has been down since Tuesday and finally I’ve got the chance to online with the help from TMNet technician and for now we could only use manual connection to get online because there’s unknown problem from Streamyx. I made my last report through the 100 hotline yesterday midnight after I came back from friend’s house. And I got call from technician this morning, he could only show me that the line is on and stable with their modem but with my router it couldn’t, so I thought it was my router problem and then I drive to PC World that is near to my house area and what a shock, two customers that seems to have similar problem as I am were there testing the modem or router and also the technician was there too, looks like not only me has the same problem and at first everyone was blaming the PC World faulty product but now it seems like the Streamyx is giving problem after they had come to my house reseted my router to do only manual connection and finally I can online. Well hoping that by Monday or Tuesday the problem will be solve.
