I can’t believe when I first seen Jeya’s new room after been renovated unintentionally by the landlady. Well since the landlady is so money-minded until she has to renovate Jeya and Eng Soon’s room without their permission and some more during this busy week. Luckily Jeya able to find one house that able to stay and sleep temporarily because the current renovated room now is full of dust and can’t even stay longer at the room. Plus, the landlady is charging even more expensive after the master room has been divided or renovated and she is increasing everyone’s rental by RM10 and some even RM30, this is my first time ever heard that exist landlady or landlord increase the rental rate, all because of money obviously.
This is the after renovated environment at Jeya’s room. See that divider they made. The rental rate for this room is RM320 this May onwards.
This is Jeya’s workstation, and on the left there used to be Eng Soon’s workstation.
And now move on to Eng Soon’s new room entered through back door. It is even smaller than Jeya’s new room and guess what the rental rate for this room is RM280. This room does not have ceiling fan, now that’s killing.
This is Eng Soon’s new workstation. The original master room has just split into like this, can’t imagine.
